RETURN POLICY

Overview

Please return the item to our address mentioned below and contact our customer support team at contact@Zirtas.com to confirm your return. Returns should be instigated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged and intact, and should be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Simply contact our support team at contact@Zirtas.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • For any products valued over $10, trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance should be considered.
  • Any products to be returned must be unexploited (in the same condition as received) and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order in choosing the correct size, color, etc., to avoid returns and/or exchanges.
  • Due to the customized nature of some of our handmade items, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds.
  • We cannot accept returns of damaged, rejected, refused packages or abandoned packages, and packages that are returned against our designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

Terms & Conditions

In order to process a return; please return the item to our address mentioned above within 14 calendar days of delivery and reach out to our customer support team at contact@Zirtas.com to confirm the return.

  • We encourage customers to read our Returns Policy carefully and to ensure the item’s eligibility for return in order to avoid dissatisfaction.
    We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more from our full retail price.
  • Due to the customized nature of some of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for such items. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our address mentioned above.
  • Any products to be returned must be unexploited and intact (in the same condition as received) and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • The refund would be provided through your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
    We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items returned to us that are ineligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • Items that are purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Inspire Uplift cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
  • Order cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. If you have to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at contact@Zirtas.com within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
